Rich began his career in real estate over 30 years ago after graduating from UC Berkeley. He founded and operated Heritage Homes and Investments in Palo Alto for over 15 years. Subsequently, Rich became a Managing Partner with the Pacific Peninsula Group in Menlo Park and then joined Alain Pinel Realtors where he has been for the past 10 years. In addition to his role as a real estate agent, Rich complements his passion for real estate through his involvement in new home construction in Menlo Park and Atherton.

Rich is consistently a top producer in the APR Menlo Park office which ranks as the #2 office in the company. He focuses on maintaining a loyal client base that provides a significant amount of his business with the remainder generated through referrals. Over his career, Rich has represented over $500 million in real estate sales volume of residential homes and commercial properties.

While raising 6 children over the years, Rich has lived in Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Atherton and thus he is well versed in the schools and communities of these cities.

Jenny Liske was raised in the Bay Area and has called the peninsula home for almost 20 years. She received a B.S. from the University of California, Davis and a MBA from Stanford Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant. After graduation, Jenny worked as an investment banker in New York City and most recently as an investment associate with a real estate private equity firm in San Francisco. As a real estate professional, Jenny focused on analyzing investments in apartment and condo development projects in urban infill areas throughout the country.

With over ten years of corporate experience, Jenny has mastered offering top quality client services in conjunction with excellent project management skills. As a residential real estate professional, Jenny has the opportunity to combine her passion for real estate while helping other fulfill their real estate visions.
